Gaming PC build under $5k - no rush

Greetings, everyone. I am currently in the market for a high-end gaming rig—looking to drop roughly $5,000 on the build. There is absolutely no rush on my end; I can certainly afford to sit tight for a month or two if it means securing a superior price-to-performance ratio.
I don't foresee any issues sourcing individual components from various retailers like Newegg or Micro Center.
Should I hold out for Black Friday deals?

Would you consider this a solid choice for the build?

I guess it’s pretty decent for the setup from $1667.
The next tier of cards would probably top out around $1000.
The 6600 is honestly a super solid card if you're just sticking to 1080p gaming.

With a GPU over $2,000, the total hits about $5,500 up to $2000
P.S.
This is the absolute bare minimum needed to support that kind of graphics card.....
