NFL Pick Six 2022/23

Dear friends, welcome to the new season!

For those joining us for the first time, here are the rules:

-Every Friday morning, I will post the six most unpredictable matchups of the week based on betting lines.

-You have until 7:00 PM on Sunday to submit your predictions.

-Thursday Night Football and early games played in New York City or Germany are excluded from the competition.

-Once all games conclude, I calculate the results and post the current standings.

-The regular season is one game; the playoffs are a completely different beast.

Note: I write matchups in the American style—away team first, then the home team.

The Panthers... man, I don't even know where to start with them. Maybe we should just skip talking about them entirely? I guess there's no point in getting my hopes up, not with how things have been going lately. It’s just one thing after another, honestly. Typical.
The Dolphins... I mean, what can you even say at this point? Just sitting here thinking about them. It’s a lot. Maybe they'll pull it together, maybe they won't. Who knows, honestly. I guess we'll just have to wait and see how things shake out.
Commanders
The Chargers... I guess we should probably talk about them. Not that there's much to say without getting into a whole thing, but yeah. Maybe they'll actually show up this time, or maybe they won't. Who knows? It's hard to say for sure with this team.
The Vikings... I don't know, man. Maybe it's just me, but I feel like watching them is a special kind of psychological test. You sit there, you think things might actually go right for once, and then... well, you know how it goes. It’s almost impressive how they manage to find new ways to break your heart every single season. I guess that's just the brand at this point.
