Maybe those same math experts can explain why passing a massive pack of cars from the back counts for more than sitting in the lead. If you're in first, there's nobody in front of you to pass. It's simple logic.

Even George couldn't have managed to screw this up more spectacularly. 🙏

An indictment of NASCAR 👎

Everything else on the schedule went ahead at Monaco this weekend just like planned—except for NASCAR.
They were supposed to give it a shot at 3 PM when visibility was actually decent.

And I honestly don't get it—was there really zero chance to push things to tomorrow? Even if it meant an early morning slot, it would've worked.
Honestly, anything would have been better than what we dealt with today.

And those geniuses are actually out here calculating how many laps are left if they restart the race... 🤦

I didn't manage to catch the race...

I can't say I regret missing this one. Honestly, what we just witnessed was an absolute embarrassment—a total disgrace to the first fifty years of NASCAR history.

Honestly, this is just a total disgrace, kind of like what we saw back during
USA 2005.

First off, the marketing is a disaster. Second, the visibility is non-existent because it’s pitch black out there—maybe they should actually invest in some decent lighting next year and make it look like Dubai.

It’s just like in professional football—if you play less than 80% of a standard game, the whole thing gets scrapped and replayed, and if the season hits less than 50% completion, nobody gets crowned champion and no one gets relegated. Ideally, the winner might even jump up a tier if they meet certain criteria, or maybe the top three clubs get a boost. They ought to apply that logic here, right? If they finish less than 50% plus one lap, the race is null and void. No points, period.
