Cuka in my previous appeal was told by the moderator that my ban would be lifted in seven days...

Charles Fox10 said:I will lift your ban in 7 days, but after that, the next step is a permanent suspension via PDF documentation per our site policy.

...however, the ban remains active despite the fact that 17 or 18 days have already passed. Has there been some unforeseen change in policy in the interim, or has the instruction to lift the ban simply been overlooked?

I thank you in advance for your response and remain hopeful for the removal of this restriction.

Best regards,

Is anyone actually going to step up and lift this permanent ban, or am I expected to just sit here while this absolute absurdity continues? On what possible grounds was I issued a permanent ban? I haven't insulted anyone of significance, nor have I engaged in any trolling that would warrant such a drastic measure—which, by the way, is likely why I never received a single notification or explanation regarding my suspension.

According to item number 2 in the FAQ section located at https://www.example-us-site.com/showthread.php?t=418539, it states the following:

How long does my ban last?
If you receive a ban based on accumulated penalty points, then upon reaching 100, 200, 300, or 400 points, you will serve a 3-day suspension. Once you hit 500, 600, 700, 800, or 900 points, that duration increases to 7 days. Upon reaching 1000 points, you are automatically issued a permanent ban from the Forum.

It is also possible for a moderator to issue a manual ban regardless of point totals; in those instances, the ban can range anywhere from 1 day to 2 years. The expiration date of such a ban should be specified in the notification message detailing the reason for the disciplinary action.

I haven't even come close to the 400-point threshold required for a 3-day suspension, yet nearly two months ago, I was slapped with a permanent ban. It is patently obvious that this was done out of pure spite and the targeted harassment practiced by certain moderators, whom I have no intention of naming.

And wouldn't it be refreshing if the administrator actually stood by their word and maintained some semblance of integrity? Wouldn't that, @Charles Fox10?

Is there truly not a single moderator on this Forum worthy of providing even the most basic response to a direct inquiry?

First, I was slapped with an entirely baseless permanent ban, only to be told following my appeal that the restriction would be lifted after seven days; yet now, nearly two months later, there is nothing but total silence regarding any further communication or follow-up questions.

The ban has been lifted. My apologies for the delay, but trying to navigate this on my phone isn't exactly easy.
