Appeal regarding my ban

I am formally appealing today's ban against moderator lonebadger6 regarding alleged hate speech.

Original post:

I demand a specific explanation of what constitutes hate speech in that exact post. Which criteria were met to justify this classification?

When defining this, please adhere to standard international definitions:

1. Incitement to violence, agitation against a specific group, etc.

Where, specifically, did I call for violence against migrants, or incite anyone toward them?

2. Expressing hatred toward them.

Where, specifically, did I express hatred toward them?

3. Defaming or disparaging migrants?

Provide the definition of defamation used here and pinpoint which part of my post falls under it.
Furthermore, provide evidence to the contrary.

If these three arguments do not hold up, I expect the ban to be overturned immediately.

It’s a classic, almost textbook case of sweeping generalizations designed to fuel nothing but resentment and hate toward a specific group...

They don't actually want to get out there and work, they just want to sit around collecting welfare checks and government subsidies...

Not "some," not even a flat-out "majority"—which would still be wrong—but no... everyone...

It’s funny how everyone thinks they have the solution to fixing the economy until they actually have to look at the numbers... most people just want to point fingers instead of dealing with the reality of how much things have actually changed since the last decade...

About 49% of the refugees who have arrived in the States since 2013 actually managed to land jobs... turns out that "our hard work" isn't just a slogan, though I suppose the numbers tell a much more complicated story than the headlines would have you believe... Steady... Finding a decent job within that first five-year stretch after moving to the States... it's always a bit of a gamble, isn't it...

And that doesn't even account for the fact that 32% isn't actually... He's just not feeling it... People actually want to work, but you can't just ignore the fact that 32% of the country is sitting without a job... sure, there are always some people who just won't lift a finger, but that still doesn't make your point valid...

First off, we need to define exactly which migrants we’re talking about here.

You’re making the claim that migrants arriving since 2013 are already employed.

But you have to draw a line between Americans who have been coming since 2013, citizens from Mexico and Canada, and then those refugees who flooded in back in 2015.

If you actually look at those numbers side-by-side, they don't look nearly as bright as you think.

When you actually look at the math, the numbers aren't exactly pretty.

Bottom line: you're just spewing hate speech. We need to distinguish US citizens who are High Race from the lower ones (Mexico and Canada), and especially all those stinking blacks and Arab people who are just leeching off our hard work and everything we've built.
