Can someone explain why I was banned?

It’s been just a few days since I signed up for this forum and dropped my first few posts, and I’ve already been hit with a ban because my profile was flagged as a clone...

A clone of whom? To be fair, about ten years ago I had a Microsoft account that saw some decent activity—maybe around 500 posts if my memory serves—but I completely walked away from it after a year or two.

I haven't given this American forum a second thought until recently. Now that I finally decide to rejoin the conversation, I get sanctioned immediately.

I would appreciate a logical explanation for this.

Is there seriously zero response from the moderation team here?

Tom banned me claiming I'm some kind of clone... I’d love to know exactly who he thinks I'm mimicking and what evidence led him to that conclusion.
