Take this post for example:
you and your brainwashed, mercenary mind...

That label was slapped on me simply because the author couldn't find a single legitimate argument to counter my positions. It has absolutely nothing to do with the topic at hand; it’s a textbook ad hominem attack. You can't characterize that statement as anything other than hate speech, because instead of debating the actual points, they chose to express pure intolerance by insulting the individual holding a different view.

For Cuke and the rest of the moderators running this political forum, I suppose such behavior is perfectly acceptable. But let’s be honest: there is zero consistency here. Insulting other users is seemingly permitted as long as you're one of their own, while anyone presenting an "unacceptable" viewpoint gets penalized for fabricated trolling.

Because of this biased and primitive moderation, I decided to walk away from this Political Forum for a long stretch. I simply have no desire to endure insults from users who, shielded by the moderators, vent their hatred toward anyone with a differing opinion.

The Political Forum has become toxic, poisoned by intolerance and blatant favoritism. It has turned into an echo chamber reserved only for those who fall in line.

That label was thrown at me simply because the author lacked any actual arguments to counter my views. It has absolutely nothing to do with the subject matter—it’s a textbook ad hominem attack. One can characterize such a statement as nothing less than hate speech, given that it doesn't engage with my positions, but instead expresses pure intolerance by attacking the individual holding a different opinion with insults.

For Cuke and the rest of the moderators over in the Politics section, this kind of behavior is perfectly acceptable. However, there is a complete lack of consistency here; insulting other forum members is permitted only when it comes from their own allies, while anyone advocating "unacceptable" viewpoints gets punished for imaginary trolling.

Because of such biased and primitive moderation, I have banned myself from the Politics section for an extended period. I simply no longer have the desire to endure insults from users who, under the protection of the moderators, express hatred toward those who think differently.

The Politics section has become tainted by intolerance and biased moderation; it has turned into a space reserved exclusively for those who fall in line.

I am deleting my previous messages, so I cannot even specify how many times I have been banned by that particular Cuke. If you look at the posts of the other clearly privileged members, you will see far more egregious behavior than anything in my posts that ever got me banned.
So, this is the first time I am addressing this topic, because the fact that you refuse to participate in the Politics section isn't good for the health of this entire site.
A moderator can certainly be a partisan hack or a hater of one specific political party, but they shouldn't treat people who support the opposing side as if they were terrorists.
For the greater good of this community, it would be wise for certain individuals to take a long, hard look in the mirror and cool off, otherwise, everyone will end up reading nothing but the posts of their own privileged circle.
