Need a ban or something similar to stop me from posting in Gastronomy 6 months

Dear Forum Administration,
I am kindly requesting a ban, or perhaps some similar restriction, because I am struggling to manage this on my own. I have never had to make a request like this before, but I really need to be unable to post on Gastronomy for 6 months.
I have already attempted to stop posting on my own, but I know I will be back in just a few days😁.
At this moment in my life, I truly need this—I need to be barred from Gastronomy for 6 months so I can avoid further frustration. Between everything else going on, I am dealing with far too much stress without the added agitation from this subforum. If possible, could I still be allowed to read the posts, provided I cannot write?

Please forgive me if I am not following the exact protocol for such a request, and thank you for your help in resolving this matter for me.

Look, you've basically got two ways we can handle this:
1) A partial ban from the Gastronomy 6 months section. This means you won't be able to see that specific PDF while you're logged in, and obviously, you won't be able to post there either, but everything else on the forum stays wide open for you.
2) A full six-month ban from the entire forum. In this scenario, you can still browse the whole site and read everything while logged in, but you won't be able to post anything at all, and your private messaging will be disabled too.

In that case, please go ahead and issue a Ban on my account for the next gastronomy 6 months. Thank you.

rustymason82, don't go for the 6-month plan, just stick to 3... otherwise how am I supposed to send you your package if I can't even send messages? I'm really hoping I can get everything sorted before Easter 🕺

Is it possible to allow rustymason82 one designated free day per week—specifically for when he might feel inclined to write?
