Since she deleted her post immediately, this is the only way left

to cite the USA laws. She's handing out a Card in the "What are you thinking about" thread

I’m asking for her to be removed from her position. She clearly doesn't grasp how this Reddit works and isn't fit to be a Moderator

I didn't delete your quote—I deleted your entire post because you kept spamming those legal statutes just to bait the National Army and drag this argument out.

I already issued the Cards and wiped those posts—all based on your report—yet here you are, still repeating them.
The name of the Card you just received is "do not continue the argument."

Deleted posts are still visible to the moderators and the admin team.

You’re honestly so greasy and disgusting it’s hard to believe.
Go ahead and dock my points if you think it's necessary, but seriously, you crossed the line.

I bet you got banned from every single forum out there, so now you've come here just to cause trouble.

Brenda Green62 is such a level-headed and chill Moderator, despite everything people have thrown at her. Her only real mistake is being too soft with the Card and not finally shutting down toxic users like you once and for all.

I issued the warnings and cleared the posts based on your own report, yet here you are repeating them.
The warning you received is labeled "do not escalate."

The admins and supermods can still see everything that was deleted.

There was no fight. This guy has been posting chauvinistic hate speech for the thousandth time today. Those posts were also wiped, so I can't even quote them.

I'm actually thinking about filing a lawsuit over this... ☕

Under Reddit rules, the platform is required to hand over data once a lawsuit is filed. ☕

Let this be more evidence that the Moderator is lying.

I’m honestly considering filing a lawsuit over this. ☕

Under Reddit's own rules, the platform is obligated to hand over data if there's an actual legal claim involved. ☕

He got what he deserved.

I've said my piece, so I have nothing else to add.
If the authorities feel they need to get involved, let them reach out.

Go ahead, dock me a few points if you think it's necessary, but seriously—you've gone way too far.

I bet you've been banned from every other forum out there, so you crawled over here just to cause trouble.

Brenda Green62 is such a reasonable and mild-mannered Moderator, despite everything you people have thrown at her. Her only real mistake is that she doesn't know when to hand out a Card and finally shut down toxic users like you.

The Off-topic section is a bit more relaxed, so that's how I moderate it—but maybe you have a point.

If the authorities think there's an issue, they'll reach out.

Show the actual conversation so we can see this supposed "argument"

where I'm just talking to someone on Reddit, and this guy quotes me just to throw racial slurs at me...

That isn't an argument. It's an attack. And in any real world, it's a crime. ☕

Based on what’s actually happening here, I don't see anything wrong with what the Moderator did. This whole push to get her removed feels more like someone just being petty and unable to handle her.

As for filing lawsuits, you might as well be trying to sue the wind—it's a losing battle from the start.

Basically, you're claiming it's a fight just because I'm talking to a user who then quotes my post specifically to hurl racial slurs at me.

That isn't an argument—it's a delusion. In the real world, that's called a targeted attack and a violation of the law.☕

The Card is named that way, but I honestly assume our users are smart enough to realize the rule applies to any kind of "conflict."

Besides, this isn't even the first time you've tried reporting my posts—I'm doing my job moderating while you just keep pushing the drama.

Like I said, you clearly aren't bright enough to see that when someone insults and attacks another person out of nowhere, you call that an argument...

I told you, just start a real conversation. What are you so afraid of? ☕

No problem.

Talking about someone who isn't even here—regardless of who they are—is bottom-of-the-barrel behavior. It’s just a total lack of class, honestly.

Disgusting.

National Army said:Come on, don't tire yourself out. That's just women for you—as a decent guy, I guess you should only care about a woman's body or... whatever else.

That's my point right there—you seem to think people will just buy into things because you're charming, without any actual deal being struck beforehand. Youthful stupidity, I suppose.

John Baker68 said:Report ☕

What do you guys think about this law, by the way?

So that's the argument, huh?

National Army said:Check the post
cut it out, don't waste your breath. That's just how women are—as a decent guy, all you care about is a hot ass or some guy's junk.

That’s my point. You think they're just gonna fall for your charm without a deal already being struck. Kids these days...

This person has posted hundreds of things just like this and never actually got punished properly.

If they had been hit with a permanent ban when they should have been, we wouldn't even be dealing with this...

I'd like it noted that my first post wasn't even directed at that person. I was replying to a different user on Reddit to agree with them. ☕

Like I said, that’s just the name of the Card—but I get why you’re getting worked up over this whole "argument."
I am really not going to sit here and spell out the obvious for you again.

To be clear, the user was suspended for a week.
As far as I'm concerned, that's the end of it—unless the moderators have some other bone to pick.

Please let this serve as further proof that the Moderator is lying.

That bit about "this as further proof"—what are we talking about? Two unearned free coffees mentioned above, or the image below?

If you actually intend to take this to court, do yourself a favor and ask a random passerby what a court even is, or where one might find one...

But don't worry, the judge will surely enlighten you that "under Reddit rules, the platform isn't strictly required to provide accurate data; they can just send fabricated info if it causes them less damage than handing over the truth."

I don't buy the idea that a warning is enough. As you can clearly see, I didn't insult this person or even address them in my original post.

I'm calling for a permanent ban on this user, which is strictly within the rules here on Reddit.☕

It’s either that or a lawsuit, since the laws of the USA aren't being followed...☕
