Reported harassment on Coca-Cola, but no moderator response

Yesterday on a thread over at Coca-Cola, I reported notyourtype for repeatedly insulting people across multiple posts. I flagged several posts using the report button, but it’s been over 24 hours and there hasn't been any action. Beyond the straight-up insults, this user's tone is incredibly crude—just constant condescension and belittling everyone else...
I'm not going to speculate on whether this is some burner account; that's for you moderators to figure out. I'll just quote a few of the insults along with the links:
