I'm totally against using the Joker too. And yeah, I know, I've already burned mine twice this season and even snagged a win with it once, so don't come at me. 😁
But it just feels wrong, you know? I really feel like consistency should be what actually gets rewarded here. It's not like the world ends if you miss a race—hell, I didn't even play the first two and somehow I'm sitting at the top of the leaderboard right now.
If there are any other folks out there who feel the same way, I think it wouldn't be a bad idea to look into changing the rules, maybe starting next season.

Huge thanks to everyone who stepped up to save the championship after that swifttiger75 guy nearly nuked the whole thing, which is honestly the saddest part because he didn't even get slapped with a penalty. That's why I'm suggesting we just ban him from competing in the championship next year.

Guys, you haven't been around since yesterday, and you know how the rules always shift: we're moving to the topic designated for this during the off-season lull between championships.

We debated this and made adjustments mid-season, which actually turned out to be the better move since engagement levels dropped off later anyway.
Let a moderator set up a poll—it could even stay within this thread—and if anyone else has a suggestion, just lay it out. I don't see any reason to let tensions flare up over nothing.

Honestly, we can’t help but be stoked after a race like that. Taking second and third just goes to show the team finally decided to get serious, and now we’re actually breathing down the title contender's neck. Lennart is definitely looking like a legitimate championship threat for the rest of the season, and as for the constructors' title? After today, I wouldn't bet against us for a second.
