Best budget laptops for light business and media under $700?

Hey, looking for some solid laptop recommendations under $1500 for this kind of stuff:

-occasional video editing using basic cut-and-paste software
-throwing together PPT presentations
-heavy lifting with Word and Excel
-reliable Wi-Fi and Bluetooth (I know, totally obvious, but still)

I need a decent-sized screen since I tend to grind for long stretches at a time.
