Requesting to remove a partial payment/hold

Could someone please lift my partial access to the natural forums?

It isn't that I have some burning desire to post over there all the time, but honestly, it’s just such a hassle having to log in and out every single time I want to check what the IRS is up to.

I mean, aside from that one little hiccup, I haven't really done anything foolish on the IRS site.

You aren't a malicious person, so you can get away with a lot. However, when several users on the Social Security Administration forums tell you that you are talking nonsense, they might have a point. Persistently posting nonsense is just as punishable as posting it with bad intentions. As far as I am concerned, it is fine if you lose some partial credit, just don't say I didn't warn you.
