Hamilton is definitely going to catch Vettel. He's right on his heels now.

I'm not entirely sure if the "new regulations" actually tightened the gap across the grid—excluding Ferrari, Mercedes-Benz, and Williams, of course—or if there are just too many loudmouths like Pierre Gasly in the other cars. Honestly, Racing Point is surprising me with how underwhelming they are.

Just get rid of Pierre Gasly, what a total fraud...

Red Bull is a total disaster right now. McLaren was clearly faster than them today. It looks like Honda isn't going to be the powerhouse everyone promised it would be.

The development cycle for the car takes about sixteen months—I suppose. Red Bull is still essentially tailored around that Renault engine, and I imagine it’ll stay that way for a while until they fully integrate the Honda setup. Honda seems to have the power side figured out, though whether they can actually nail the reliability... well, we'll see.

That whole situation with the Mercedes choosing softs was a total blunder on their part.

In my opinion, Ferrari made the right call here. They brought their lead driver in just like Mercedes did with theirs. Besides, Vettel would have messed it up regardless; like someone else mentioned earlier, the guy is just losing his edge as a driver 😁
