Driver issues with my Dell monitor

Hi everyone, I could use some help tracking down drivers. I'm working with a Dell monitor, but I can't seem to find the right drivers anywhere. I tried running them on Windows 8, but the installation just won't take. I even tried using Driver Booster, which ended up installing drivers meant for an Acer s271 Dell monitor, but it didn't solve anything—I still can't bump my resolution up to 1920 x1080. That option simply isn't available in my settings. To make matters worse, when I open the AMD Radeon settings, it tells me that Virtual Super Resolution is not supported. I tested this with a different monitor on the same setup and everything worked perfectly fine. Does anyone know of a fix for this?

Just a quick heads-up—you don't actually grab the drivers from the monitor itself to get that native resolution working; you actually need them from the graphics card.
