Deleting posts in The Chase thread

Who is it, and why the hell does someone keep deleting my on-topic posts on Twitter?

The last one vanished just three minutes ago.
I honestly don't get it—I’m literally talking about the episode that just aired, so can someone please explain what's going on?

And why aren't they banning the trolls who post the exact same nonsense after every single episode—claiming the questions are too hard and that PBS is somehow in a conspiracy with soccer hooligans against the American people?

I noticed the exact same thing. Like, why can't they at least give me a heads-up on what I supposedly did wrong before they just wipe my posts? Same thing happened to me on the old message boards too... Just deleting everything without an explanation? Wtf

Deleting a post is just one of those moderator calls you make when a comment is pushing the limits or if it looks like the whole thread is about to spiral out of control. For instance, if someone compares a neighbor to a murderer... well, then we're probably going to delete that.
As for why nobody gets a notification every single time something gets wiped? I guess there just isn't enough time in the day.

Ugh, please. This whole place is basically a joke anyway, including everything posted on this chat... I haven't written a single serious post in my life. I usually just scroll right past that stuff... If I ever actually started posting serious takes here, I’d probably need to check myself 🤣
It wasn't even meant as a joke that the guy was a killer; it was more of an analogy—like how guys like that often end up killing their girlfriends because they can't take "no" for an answer. But hey, if it breaks the rules, my bad, I apologize and thanks for the clarification. 🙏

Why on earth did they delete my post in The Chase thread again? I was just saying how pathetic it is that Eger is out there trying to defend PBS like it’s some kind of holy crusade.
What is even controversial about that?

KLC, look, I know you’re probably busy playing hero over at the FBI since about 84% of the complaints we get are directed right at you. You actually showed up yesterday after the question was posted, so maybe try showing some actual decency and answer while the topic is still fresh for once.
