I’m typing away at my keyboard pretty fast, and lately, things have been going completely sideways. Out of nowhere, right in the middle of a sentence, Firefox menus start popping up everywhere, or some random programs from my toolbar just launch themselves... It’s incredibly frustrating because these windows hijack my keystrokes—I end up having to fight through all this junk just to get back to finishing a single post on a forum.
The weird thing is, if I slow down my typing, the whole mess stops happening. Everything stays quiet when I'm not flying through the keys.

So, what gives? What am I looking at here? I already ran deep scans on my C: drive using Malwarebytes, Norton, and McAfee, and honestly, I didn't find a single trace of a virus or anything suspicious.

What's the deal here? I ran scans on my C: drive using Malwarebytes, Norton, and McAfee, and I'm definitely not seeing any viruses or anything suspicious.

Did you spill something on the keyboard? Maybe some water, juice, coffee, or a beer? Even a cat could have knocked a drink over onto it.
That’s exactly how a keyboard acts when it's been soaked.

I have no idea why numbers are suddenly popping up whenever I try to type on my keyboard.

I'll paste the exact same thing I just typed right here without fixing anything.

Here is what it looks like:

ja ne konat5m z6aš't5o mi dok t5ipkam po t5ipkovnici odjednom uz6 slova iz6laz6e i brojevi.

evo kopirat5 ću ovdje dolje ovaj ist5i t5ekst5 koji sam nat5ipkla bez6 ispravaka.

Does anyone know how to fix this? It's happening on my laptop.

That's exactly how they act when they've been soaked by something...

Look, if I had, I wouldn't be asking questions here. I don't have a cat, and I certainly don't have ghosts haunting my desk.

Now it feels even weirder because it seems to happen in waves. Like, everything is perfectly fine right now—not a single glitch in sight...
