Strange numbness/tingling on the right side of my face

Hey everyone!
I’ve been dealing with this stiffness on the right side of my face for about 10 days now. I went to see a neurologist and everything came back totally normal based on the tests we've done so far.
It feels incredibly weird—just this constant tightness and fullness in my face, mostly concentrated around my eye, then stretching toward my nose and down to my chin..
I'm going through a massive amount of stress right now because my daughter ended up with a nasty case of mono that got pretty complicated, plus work has been absolutely slammed...
I also take antidepressants to manage my anxiety.

Has anyone else dealt with anything similar?

Could you please clarify which specific searches have been conducted thus far?

About two months back, I had an EEG, an MRI of my brain, and went to see an ENT specialist.
A year ago, I had to deal with an MRA, a BAER test, carotid artery imaging, a TCD, and facial EMG.

Are you experiencing any dull aching?
It could be attributed to several factors, such as wind exposure, low temperatures, or perhaps a draft. It might also involve referred pain originating from the TMJ area affecting the cervical spine.

It’s this weird tightness, like a constant squeezing sensation, almost like something is stuck inside me. I don't even know how to put it into words. It doesn't actually hurt, and there's no tingling or anything.
