How to auto-clear cache?

So, I ran into a bit of a headache yesterday. It seems like every single time I close out of Safari, my entire cache just vanishes into thin air.

It’s incredibly annoying. Every time I want to check my email, hop on YouTube, scroll through Facebook, or log into some random forum, I have to manually type in my passwords and deal with the login process all over again. It’s a massive waste of time.

I'm not entirely sure if there's a connection, but this started happening right after I installed a second hard drive yesterday. Before that, everything was running smoothly; nothing would clear itself unless I specifically went in and did it (and I haven't touched any of the settings in Safari).

If anyone has any idea what might be causing this, I’d really appreciate the help. I’m starting to lose my patience with it.

What on earth is this "400 Bad Request" error? It pops up every single time I try to open a new tab! 😵
I've already gone through the whole routine of clearing out my cache and all my cookies, but honestly, nothing seems to work...

Does anyone have any advice on what I should do next? 🤔

It’s happening across the board, especially with... Chrome and the other browsers...
The first time I try to load that page, I get hit with an error message, but if I just click it again, everything loads perfectly fine...

Edit: Turns out I'm not having any issues at all when I use Opera...

I'm not even sure if anything is actually showing up here... Basically, whenever I try to load a new website, it just pops up this totally blank page with that text sitting right at the top...

I can't get this link or the page to load in any of my browsers—Firefox, Chrome, or even IE. When I type in the domain http://epicscanpronice.in/, all I get is this string of characters: "e7hZBzqVfn==".

Are you sure there's actually another server hosting this domain? To be honest, the link looks a bit sketchy to me—the name itself seems to suggest a passthrough to something that doesn't look like a standard URL, maybe more like some kind of dynamic URL that keeps changing.

Honestly, that’s all a bit over my head...😵

But you know, the only place where everything actually works right for me is on the Metropolitan Opera site—pages load perfectly every time I click through...
