Spine surgery: Kyphosis, scoliosis, and lordosis—what to expect?

I noticed there are separate threads for this, but since I’m dealing with all three issues at once, I was wondering if anyone else here is "the full package" 🙄 and had surgery. I'd love to hear about your experiences.
