Weird issue with the @ symbol on my keyboard

So I’ve run into this super weird keyboard issue lately. For some reason, AltGr+V isn't giving me the @ symbol anymore. Everything is set up correctly for my American layout, and all my other key combos are working perfectly fine. I know I can just use Alt+64 if I really have to, but man, it’s driving me nuts. This is happening on Windows 10, and I've already tested it with two different keyboards, so it’s gotta be a Windows thing. Any help would be huge!

Did you notice this happening before you installed any specific software? If you have a hunch about a particular program, I’d suggest diving into its settings and checking the 'keyboard shortcuts' section. There's a good chance the conflict is hiding right there.
