There was a time when this squad actually had some teeth and could hold their own against the best 🙄

I still remember back when they were absolutely crushing it, and even darkmarlin16 was questioning who the lead driver should be and what the whole vibe of the team looked like 😁
- With Max heading out, he’s bringing in some heavy hitters, but he’s making sure he stays the number two guy just to keep the organization afloat... provided he gets to design the "team logo" himself
- Once he's gone, he'll probably bring in Ivic, who won't just take over as the top driver, but will also seize control of the "team logo" design

Since darkmarlin16 is clearly losing his grip on the crew, I can see him sliding down to third-string test driver by next season 😛

darkmarlin16 is much like Felipe Baby; he's the one constant within the team. They surely managed to stay ahead of Bottas, and even little brighthound8 managed to clear Stroll.

Yeah, it looks great. I honestly think its impact comes from how simple it is.
Perhaps it would be wise to add "F1 team" underneath the large "Conquistadores" heading in a smaller font, aligned to the right.
