A buddy of mine is looking for a PC with a budget of around $750.

Basically, he wants something decent—something that actually has enough juice to run modern games and stuff like that without choking.

Do I need to pick up a monitor and other peripherals as well? If a monitor is included, does it support DVI or HDMI?
