How do I log in to this site?

I stumbled upon this page for submitting ads, but I can't for the life of me find where to actually register to get an ad posted.
Can anyone point me in the right direction? Maybe I'm just being blind here, but I'm totally missing
it.

What’s the point of all this logging? http://www.malioglasnik.org/predaja-oglasa

Yeah, I know about that site http://www.malioglasnik.org/predaja-oglasa, but the link I actually sent you was for http://malioglasnik.com/
I’ve been poking around there, and honestly, I don't see any way to actually post an ad

I don't see any option there to post an ad.

They don't actually let you post directly. It’s basically just an aggregator site that pulls listings from their partners and other classified sites. If you look down at the bottom left, you'll see all their partners listed. Basically, once you post your ad on one of those, it'll eventually pop up here too, I guess.
