Missing Audio 1_7.dll error - any fixes?

I've already installed two different video games, but I keep getting this error message whenever I try to launch them.

I click download, but the installation won't start. It just says "thank you for downloading" and stops there.

You probably need to grab dxwebsetup.exe first.
