Thinking about picking up a 4K TV to use as a PC monitor (46"-50", HDMI 2.0, 60Hz, 4:4:4 chroma), preferably curved.
Likely an Apple model since their input lag stays relatively low.

Anyone have experience with this?
It’ll be for standard work and, obviously, gaming.
Assuming I'm running a high-end PC.

I looked at some 43" 4K monitors (General Electric and HP), but the GE ones had serious stuttering issues. No word on the HP models yet.
I'm not interested in anything under 40".

Thx

There are plenty of articles covering this topic, so you might find it helpful to look these over.

(this one focuses more on refresh rates and input lag)

So, I heard this thing—and take this with a grain of salt because who knows what people say online—but if you leave the exact same image sitting on your TV screen for too long, it can actually "burn in." Like, permanently. So, just a heads-up, maybe don't leave it on one static shot for hours on end.

That’s specifically for plasma displays
