Is there actually anyone running this site, or are we just flying blind here?

It’s been several days since I reported a blatant insult via both a public report and a DM, yet the post hasn't been edited, the slur is still live, and the user hasn't faced any consequences according to the site rules.

Honestly, if anyone here actually enforced the community guidelines, this guy would have been permanently banned long ago for being such an aggressive troll.

Admins, where are you, and why isn't anyone doing their job?

The forum has been experiencing some technical hiccups over the last couple of weeks, specifically regarding post reporting and direct messaging. I’ll be reaching out to the moderators to get this sorted.

So, does anyone in administration actually have the capacity to click a mouse twice and ban someone for being blatantly offensive?
