Water dispenser is broken

Greetings.

As I've indicated in the thread title, I am trying to determine whether it is actually feasible to repair a laptop's power supply unit.
If such a repair is indeed possible, what kind of price range should one typically expect to encounter for this sort of service?

It’s possible, I guess, but people rarely bother. Most chargers are such a pain to pry open without tearing the casing, so once you patch it up, it looks pretty janky and sketchy. Plus, by the time you pay for the repair, you might as well have just bought a new Apple brick...
