Quick question about AC adapters

My external hard drive's AC adapter died on me, and I found a replacement on eBay that differs from my old one in two specific ways.

On my original adapter, the input is 100-240V ~ 50/60 Hz 51-64VA 0.8A
The output is 12V - 2.0A

Now, this is the adapter I am considering buying.

Can I safely use this adapter, or should I pass?
