Noe C25 - how to get rid of ads?

Hello there... I'm having a bit of trouble with my Noe C25. It seems like ads keep popping up right before I can do anything on the device. Does anyone know how I might be able to get rid of those...

I think you might just have to go ahead and factory reset the phone.

I actually dealt with this just last month, and now it seems I'm facing the exact same thing all over again...

It’s probably some random app you downloaded...

Is it even possible for Facebook to do this?
