Man, I swear—this guy hits the wall ahead, loses a wheel, slams into the barrier, flips over, does a full-on backflip through the air, and basically ends up skidding to a halt with nothing left but the cockpit... just completely shredded everything else along the way... and then? He just crawls out of the wreckage, looking about as disheveled as I do when I pull into my driveway after a long shift, and just gives the crowd a little wave like nothing happened 🙏 🙏

rowdyrider12 said:So, what’s the official standings looking like now? We've got Vettel and Rosberg—but who's grabbing third and fourth??
It's Kimi Räikkönen followed by Daniel Ricciardo

It wasn't even just about McLaren being faster, I mean, they were practically flying out there.
🙏
😬
🙏

Damn, that was lightning fast. Mercedes is absolutely dominant right now, but they aren't just going to cruise through a two-second gap to clear the entire field. And man, what happened with Alonso? That was intense... Thank God he walked away from that one unscathed.

About as intense as a rubber factory! 🤣

Sometimes I surprise myself too! 😁

Wasn't that Robert Kubica in Canada...
I can't quite recall the exact location, perhaps somewhere in Canada... but his driving style looked remarkably similar to this.

Perhaps Haas might manage to scrape together some points... given how things are looking, Romain Grosjean could potentially pull off a one-stop strategy right now...

Brilliant. Just brilliant. 🙏🙏🙏

🤣🤣
Give me a break.😛
Man, I feel like I’m getting too old for this nonsense, though I'm certainly not ancient just yet.

vividlynx68 said:How exactly would Alonso have fared if he’d had those extra pipes on the cockpit right now? 🤷
He’d probably just pull a massive wrench out of the cockpit, attach it to an M8, and start cranking away...

William Bennett53 said:Not a chance. Now, during the break, it looks like everyone can swap tires however they please. It's a total reset.
Vettel is the only one sitting on those super softs, which is going to be a disaster for him.
Edit: Just realized Kimi is running the SS too. Great.

It’s honestly pretty baffling how Ferrari decided to stick with those supersofts when they had the option to pit. They really should have just swapped over to the mediums and cruised to the finish line on this track.

Vettel on supersofts... I simply can't wrap my head around the strategy they're running right now.
