Why isn't Karačić playing? Is it an injury, some flu, or what?

I’m really hoping they find a replacement for Alilović once this championship wraps up...

Even today, against the Poles, all those "nothing" shots seem to be falling our way. It was actually the complete opposite when we played Spain. I suppose there's some kind of pattern emerging here. Everything looks pretty solid, though maybe if Čupko could jump ahead by ten points, things might get a little more interesting.

Robin Fox2 said:I really appreciate how they're handling these foul calls; it gives you such a clear framework to judge almost any type of contact during an attack. 🤣

But then again😁...Handball is such a fascinating sport because of how much weight a referee's intuition carries. I can't quite pin down which specific game it was—maybe back during the World Championships when it felt like the officials were hyper-focused on stepping violations—but it seems like there's always room for interpretation. Whether it's traveling, fouls, or lane violations, everything is subject to a judge's perspective, which means anything could be called, even if it doesn't feel necessary.

Maybe bring in Čupić and Alilović, just to spice things up! 😉

More routine fouling on the player—is anyone else seeing this?

We're waiting on Alilović—because let's face it, Steve can't defend both halves at once, right?

When it comes to fouls, I honestly think nothing beats when someone just charges into the lane and shoots right off the floor. It’s wild. I mean, maybe Abalo used to just camp out in the paint for a split second and then rip it off the ground before anyone could blink.

And hey, I remember seeing this happen once—I think it was against Poland when we were up by 14 and really needed it. They suddenly acted like they just realized Horvat was actually standing in the lane! 😁

We’ve actually got a shot at this—we headed into the locker room with a pretty decent lead

So they aren't even tired anymore? ☕

Where’s that damn luthier now? What kind of mess did he make after the semifinals? 🤦

I think I saw it happen once too—back when we were facing Poland and needed that +14 cushion to stay ahead of Horvat... suddenly, they all realized he was technically in the paint 😁

Go ahead and drag my name through the mud if you want, Rezi, but half those shots wouldn't even go in if the player wasn't already touching the floor 😁 Even if it isn't simultaneous, the contact happens well before the release 🤣

There’s been enough cutting this week already, so just take it all at once...

🤦

I didn't quite catch why they were bringing up their head coach?

Robin Fox2 said:Seriously, you can cut my head off if half those goals don't count when a player is clearly playing dirty under 😁 Chuck. Even if it doesn't happen right then and there, maybe just a little bit later on 🤣
.

But that’s exactly my point! Everyone does it, all the time. It’s kind of like traveling in the NBA, I guess.

I honestly think we’re looking at a total loss here. Once they hit us with this, it’s game over. Everything's done for.
