Chaos erupting on the religion forum

Here’s what’s happening over in the Religion section right now. It’s been going on for at least two days, and honestly, I don't know when it'll stop because this guy is really "targeting" the forum. It looks like the moderators aren't around, so maybe a supermod or someone else can step in? We need to clean up the Religion board. This kind of stuff isn't good for the community.

From what I can see, the spammer is complaining about being trolled. He claims the atheists here are being incredibly offensive and that they're somehow "protected," even though this is the Religion subforum. According to him, "nobody should mock the religious feelings of forum users from an atheist perspective." He specifically called out names like Anthony Perez9, Eli Eli Lama, and a few others—mostly atheists. Before you delete those threads, I'd suggest actually reading them first (they're all pretty much the same). Just thought I'd let the mods know. This is how the Religion board looked just five minutes ago (see below this text).

We’re aware, Robert Hernandez3, we’re well aware. We are scrubbing content as quickly as possible, and not just within the Religion section.
But make no mistake, this was pure spam. 😁

Since this troll is clearly taking aim at Tomislav Karamarko, I’d suggest we go ahead and hand out an additional penalty as well.

Still, this is the religion subforum, so according to him... Nobody should be messing with people's religious feelings on this forum just to push an atheist agenda. He was whining about the handles—Anthony Perez9, Eli Eli Lama, and a bunch of others. Mostly just a bunch of atheists, really.

It all started when I praised the court's decision to throw Hovind behind bars for tax evasion. Then everything just went south.

Nothing happens by accident—not even this "spammer" popping up in the religion lock... honestly, I'm not even surprised to see him here ☕

I would suggest that this situation calls for an excessive and prolonged locking of threads, especially since even the Book complains about the religion lock... I am just sitting here waiting to see when they will decide to lock the entire religion section under the guise that "we" are the ones at fault 🤔

The moderators over at Religion Lock aren't required to own the Book. It’s entirely up to their own discretion and whether they feel it would help them resolve minor disputes more efficiently. If those mechanisms aren't being utilized according to what was agreed upon, I don't see why they couldn't simply shut the whole thing down.

It appears we have the Star Wars situation somewhat under control. While there are still occasional outbursts, no real damage has been done since nobody is biting on the bait. I ask that you please report any spam you encounter so the moderators can scrub it as quickly as possible. I am locking this thread, as this certainly won't be a suitable replacement for the book.
