MacBook and phone calls

Hey there,

I hope I’m posting this in the right spot, so please excuse me if I've missed the mark.

Does anyone happen to know how to set up my MacBook so I can actually take calls when someone reaches me on my iPhone?
I'm already signed into the same iCloud account on both my Mac and my iPhone.
