I’ve run into a bit of a snag. Every time I try to log into the site, this message pops up on my screen:

Christian Morales, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

Does this mean I’ve been banned from commenting, or is there something else going on that I'm missing? Is there any way to actually get this restriction lifted? 🤷

Yeah, you definitely got hit with a partial ban on the Soccer PDF, and you should have received an automated notification about it by now. I’m going to go ahead and ping the moderators so they can weigh in on this.

I honestly should have seen this coming, shouldn't I? It seems like this whole clique from the local fan base—people like Anthony Jackson2 and his crowd—is at it again. I ended up getting hit with a partial ban without having done a single thing wrong! And why on earth would that be? Is it simply because I support the local underdog team and those folks couldn't handle my loyalty? It feels like they just had to silence me to keep their little circle pure.🙄

You got the notice about the partials on the flyer back on March 22nd—go ahead and check your inbox again.

Best.

Best regards.

Oh, believe me, I know exactly why I was hit with a partial ban, and I see you've labeled that as your primary reasoning. But let’s be honest—you aren't the only one facing this issue. There is an entire group of you over there acting in the exact same way. I am truly starting to wonder what this Forum is even turning into if a moderator can just hand out bans based on their own personal vendettas. Of course, you decided to label my cheering for Miami as "fooling around," but I haven't done a single thing to deserve a card. In fact, the last ten red cards I've picked up were all because of perfectly normal conversations—basically for nothing at all. It seems it's only because certain individuals among you simply cannot stomach the fact that someone might think differently than you do. Is that what you call trolling now? You have practically privatized the Soccer Forum for yourselves, haven't you? You are forcing this blatant one-sided mentality, because I honestly cannot imagine any other reason for these absurdly frequent cards, let alone a partial ban. It's as if I'm somehow the worst person here. Meanwhile, there are people who have openly insulted you, yet they never receive a card, much less a ban. I don't see much hope for your PDF if things continue down this path. One day, it's going to blow up in your faces, and frankly, I won't be surprised when it does. You don't ever have to unblock me if you don't want to; it really doesn't matter anymore, but the impression you leave through these actions is nothing short of a tragedy. ☕

Glad to hear it—I was starting to think you were just playing dumb.

Are you referring to this?
I have to admit, the first half of the season was an absolute disaster, and we're really feeling the sting of trying to make up for that lost ground right now, though it isn't all over yet. If nothing else, we are bound to see much better results next season since so much has improved regarding our style of play and the squad's chemistry, despite that painful loss against the Locomotives. Had we maintained that kind of consistency from the very start of the year, wouldn't we be in a completely different position today? It is what it is, I suppose. Perhaps we could even bring in a few more signings to shake up the competition for those starting eleven spots. I think even Zuzul has finally realized that you simply cannot expect results without investing heavily in the roster. I can't help but feel some resentment toward him for being so stingy when the team clearly needed more support.
Miami has only recently transitioned into a corporation, but shouldn't they have taken decisive action immediately instead of waiting until the results started sliding before reacting? He likely followed that classic entrepreneurial logic—trying to cut corners by investing less—but does anyone really believe that works in the world of professional soccer? That mistake has come back to haunt him through these poor standings and players who are vastly overpriced.

It wouldn't hurt if Zuzul invested in a new scoreboard at the stadium, maybe a high-end LED display to launch a club marketing project that could actually generate some decent revenue. And honestly, the website needs a complete overhaul. I don't hate the current site, but I truly believe the club could, and deserves to, provide something much better than this. It looks fine visually, but doesn't it feel incredibly thin on actual content?

So, tell me, who exactly is the one acting foolish here, because I am genuinely at a loss. ☕

Nah, it’s more about those relentless trolling sprees on the PDF—bad ones, actually. It's not like people still value high-quality trolling over on the soccer Forum ☕

But hey, you could take it as a compliment. Very few people actually manage to pull off a decent troll on the PDF soccer section, so you're really in some pretty elite company 👍

Anthony Jackson2 said:Actually, it’s more about those relentless trolling raids on the Football board. Or rather, the poorly executed ones, considering it’s no longer common knowledge that high-quality trolling is actually appreciated here on the Football sub☕

In that case, why don't we just rename the Football section to Trolley Meter, seeing as top-tier trolling is apparently such a valued skill there, just as you pointed out?

Truth be told, you should probably feel honored, because so few people actually manage to pull off a decent troll on the Football board that you really find yourself in incredibly elite company👍

Wow, how offensive! I am truly humbled by that remark. And hey, look at that—you've even brought another guest along who's complaining about the quality of the trolls. Don't keep them waiting! 🎉 🙂
