Technically possible, though not here in the States; besides, that specific model is sold out, so we're talking about the UltraSharp without the HS designation. It’s been cleared out across various parts of the US, but fortunately, there is currently a decent selection of affordable, high-quality 27-inch monitors featuring an AMVA LCD panel.

Regarding the Dell UltraSharp, it hasn't been sitting on any American retail shelves for several months now. Luckily, Newegg has become quite popular lately, offering a solid variety of monitors at reasonable prices.😉

That ASUS is overpriced as hell, because for $167 less than that, you can grab a 27-inch monitor with an AMVA LCD panel and call it a day.

From what I can tell, the user hasn't even specified which exact monitor model they have. They need to provide the specific model number so we actually know what kind of LCD panel is inside that thing. Since the user is currently using a 24-inch monitor, this video comparing a 24-inch versus a 27-inch 16:9 diagonal might be useful.🍿

I might have overlooked whether it was actually 28 inches or just some pathetic single inch, but everything else remains the same—ASUS is ridiculously overpriced. Regarding the LCD matrix on the ASUS model, it’s an AMVA LCD panel, so technically, ASUS isn't lying about their specs. I’ve looked into this before and verified it myself, which is why I pointed out the AMVA LCD panel immediately. While the ASUS site just lists it as VA, it's most likely a Dell UltraSharp panel.😁
