Is Google Earth Pro free?

So I'm looking over here and it says that starting today, "Google Earth Pro" is totally free. I went ahead and downloaded it, but for some reason, it’s still hitting me up for a license key that I can't seem to track down anywhere.
Does anyone happen to know how I can get around this or fix the issue?

It’s just not working, man. I went through and filled out every single required field, but all I keep getting is this message:

Uncompleted License Key request
Error! Your sign up can not be completed due to We're sorry. We are experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later.. Look, just give it a few more shots. It’s clearly one of those glitches on their end—it took me three tries before it finally went through...
