I'm 16 right now—dad is about 6'0", mom is roughly 5'6", and my younger brother is 15 and already hitting 6'1"😁
Just wondering if there's any chance I've still got some growing left in me? Also, can I actually squeeze out a few extra inches through exercises—maybe stretching or something?

Where else would they go? These guys used to be giants—now they’re just little league players. Honestly, I’d bet anything you could take them down without even breaking a sweat 😬

If I were to catch even a single glimpse of that brandy,
well, I truly cannot say why I wouldn't just look away...
I would gladly offer you a few dollars, but I am feeling rather under the weather at the moment, 🤣🤣
however, once I have warmed myself up properly, I might just find it in my pocket to give you a little something extra... 🙂

I mean, you could always just go the route of getting growth hormone injections, which is pretty much standard practice among the pro athletes out there... you'll feel incredible and definitely see some gains, but man, each shot is gonna run you about 20 bucks $0.00... you usually just jab it into the abdominal area. Since your body naturally pumps out most of its own growth hormone around 2:00 AM, it’s probably best to be fast asleep by then; so, if you aren't planning on spending the cash for the shots, I guess you should at least try to be passed out by that time.

There is still plenty of room for you to grow. The body doesn't fully finish developing until your early twenties, which means you likely have about five years of growth left ahead of you.

At 5'10", you're already at a very solid height, and honestly, if I were in your shoes, I wouldn't be losing any sleep over it—especially considering your parents' heights. However, if you really want to take action, focusing on a consistent sleep schedule and a nutritious diet will do much more for you than any stretching routine ever could.

I just want to know if I can still grow more, and if there are specific exercises—like stretching—that could help me gain a few inches.

Man, you've got plenty of time left. I'm only slightly taller than you, but my old man is 6'1" and my mom is 5'10". Basically, I'm pretty much the shortest guy in the extended family.
Don't bother with the stretching thing; it's a waste of effort, I guess. Just focus on having good posture—makes you look taller anyway—and maybe play some sports.

I'm just wondering if there's still a chance for me to grow taller, and if certain exercises—especially stretching—could help me gain a few more inches.

You definitely can, provided you take matters into your own hands by staying active and eating right.

Sprinting, plyometrics, and strength or explosive training will help you reach your full physical potential, especially in your legs. If you stay consistent with your training, you could realistically expect to hit a height similar to your brother's. It would be a great idea to join a local track and field club; they'll walk you through all the necessary drills, proper technique, and the essential post-workout stretching routines.

Focus on a diet rich in protein, electrolytes, calcium, and iron (like serving salads alongside your meat). Basically, stick to whole foods—think hearty stews, roasted meats with veggies, or healthy home-cooked meals. Milk is fine too, if your stomach handles it well. Just try to steer clear of highly processed junk food; all that extra sugar and those preservatives can really mess with your hormones and your overall energy levels.
