Dear Forum Admins,

I’m actually reaching out to request a permanent ban—yes, I am genuinely asking for one. To be honest, I no longer feel comfortable here; I have too much respect for justice to stay in an environment where it feels inconsistent. While I trust that most of you are doing your jobs well, there is one particular moderator whose approach simply doesn't align with my values. In my rather limited opinion, they tend to overlook blatant insults, yet they aren't afraid to issue bans the moment they feel personally targeted in a thread. I’ve truly enjoyed my time interacting with you all, but it’s time for me to move on. I doubt anyone will miss me too much 🤣

In short, please go ahead and process a permanent ban for my account. 🙂

I honestly don't get all this melodrama surrounding permanent bans. It’s always seemed a bit much to me.
If, for whatever reason, you just decide you aren't interested in posting on the forum—or anywhere else, really—then you simply stop posting, and that's that. No big deal.
On the other hand, if you actually have some integrity, you just reach out, ask someone to help you reset your password, and voilà, you're back in business.

If my perspective isn't clicking for you, I can't really be expected to justify my views or this request. This is my demand to the site administrators—though I'll gladly elaborate to them if they ask (which I doubt they will). I simply don't want to be part of this system anymore. I want my username to turn gray. Surely I have at least that much right left to me. 😕

That’s your take on it. I'm not "running"—I am distancing myself from this setup, not because of standards, but because I'm being treated differently and facing discrimination here. The argument that I should just log out instead of getting banned is, frankly, ridiculous to me. I am asking the moderators and admins to gray out my account and issue a permanent ban. I have no intention of fighting within the owner's framework—I respect his years of hard work and everything he's built—and I'm nobody on this forum anyway.

Look, we don't do permanent bans just because someone asks for them. Honestly, users tend to throw that out there as a way of acting rebellious, only to come crawling back later asking us to lift it—then they go right ahead and permaban themselves all over again. It becomes this endless, frustrating loop, so we decided to scrap that practice entirely. You might run into a shorter suspension, maybe lasting up to two years at most, but we aren't doing requested permanent bans anymore.
