I need to get this test done, but I was put on a diet that says I have to avoid Vitamin C and iron—except they didn't give me a specific list of what to stay away from. It seems obvious enough that I should dodge anything loaded with Fe or Vit. C, like spinach, blackberries, oranges, or lemons...
But do I really need to cut out things that just have moderate amounts, like cauliflower, tomatoes, or bell peppers?
It feels like almost everything has some level of Vitamin C and iron in it...
Thanks!
