Need help with BIOS and graphics card settings

Have you actually tried asking on their official support forums yet? And honestly—why on earth would you even need a BIOS update for this?

So, here’s the situation—I picked up this specific card for my brother, but it turned out to be a complete dud right out of the box. I figured I might be able to flash it back to life, but since I couldn't track down the original BIOS, I tried flashing one from a GeForce GTX Series instead. That immediately killed my video output entirely, leaving me with zero signal to even save the current BIOS! I tried a different version, but that didn't really solve anything either. Now, the card will only output via HDMI, and even then, the screen is just a mess of lines and artifacts. It’s driving me a bit crazy. I’ve been troubleshooting this as best I can, and my gut feeling is that it isn't a memory issue—if the memory were shot, I'd expect those artifacts to show up on all three outputs, not just the HDMI port. I’ve been scouring Google for hours, but I’m hitting dead ends and I'm honestly not sure which BIOS might actually work. I usually love tinkering with this kind of hardware—it's a fun hobby for me—but I'm stuck. If anyone happens to have this exact card or knows where I can find the correct BIOS dump, could you please share it? I couldn't find anything for the GeForce GT Series either, but if I were you, I'd look into the GeForce GTX Series.
