It’s clearly not some gynecological issue or anything like that
but I’ve been dealing with this for three and a half months now—I've gone to every specialist under the sun and had every scan imaginable... everything comes back perfect, yet my head is spinning. I'm running a fever every single day, getting occasional heartburn... I can barely eat anything at all... honestly, I don't know what else to try or who to even talk to anymore

But I've been dealing with this for three and a half months now. I feel like I've gone to every specialist under the sun and had every scan imaginable. Everything comes back perfect, yet my head is absolutely killing me. I'm running a fever every single day, getting nauseous occasionally... I can barely function. I honestly don't know what else to do or who to turn to at this point.

There’s already a thread about headaches over in the health section. The mods will probably move this there anyway...
What specific tests have you actually completed?
Have you seen an endocrinologist or a neurologist? If so, what did they find? Did you get sinus imaging done? What kind of blood work have you had?
Let's take this one step at a time. Saying you've done "everything" is incredibly vague. It is entirely possible that something vital was overlooked.

So I just got back from my doctor's office—again... feels like the hundredth time
She told me to start taking some immune support drops,,, and said that
I might run a fever because of the Yazoo pills I'm on,,, so we'll see...

Have you done an EEG yet? Did you get your thyroid hormones checked, or maybe a thyroid ultrasound? What about your other reproductive hormones? Have you seen a physiatrist for that cervical spine issue? And did they check the blood flow in your neck?

You really ought to get your teeth checked out—get some X-rays done and everything. You might have some hidden cysts or granulomas in there. Honestly, so much of our health issues, especially those nagging headaches, can stem from dental problems.

Yeah, I already had my thyroid levels checked... I'm not dealing with those radiation issues anymore this year... it's not that I just started—I was actually getting hit with them about five or six times already last year
