You've got a really pleasant voice. I guess with a bit more practice, you'll be able to fine-tune it perfectly for that whole "radio host" vibe. Your music selection was solid, too—especially during that second segment of the show. Though, maybe that’s just me being biased since I've always had a soft spot for that genre.
Oh, right, I honestly can't remember who played second in that second set. I think the vocalist sang in English... it had this kind of Interpol vibe to it, maybe? It really wouldn't hurt if they just listed the bands and the songs in the description of these YouTube links. That would be one of my suggestions, I guess. Just a small request. 🙂
Kudos again. I really hope we’re still on the same page moving forward. 😁 It would be a real shame if interest just started to fade out. I mean, some of the bands that have been around lately are actually pretty solid and worth paying attention to, I guess. 🙂

I was just sitting here thinking about that track "Horizont" by Manntra, and honestly, it’s been playing on loop in my head all morning. There is just something about the way those melodies swell that really hits different when you're driving down a long stretch of highway, maybe somewhere out in the Midwest where the horizon actually feels infinite. It’s one of those rare pieces of music that manages to feel both incredibly grounded and completely otherworldly at the same time. I remember the first time I heard it—I was stuck in bumper-to-bumper traffic in Chicago, feeling totally drained, and then this song came on. It was like a sudden burst of clarity cutting through all that urban noise. It really makes you stop and appreciate how much power a single arrangement can have over your mood.
I was just sitting here thinking about the sheer scale of things, and my mind drifted back to the concept of the Shape of Fate. It’s one of those ideas that really sticks with you, isn't it? I remember being stuck in traffic on the I-95 a few weeks ago, just watching the cars merge and flow, and I couldn't help but wonder if there's some kind of underlying pattern to all our chaotic movements—like we're all just following a pre-written script. I was just sitting here listening to some music and "side Effects" really hit me differently today. There’s something about that track—it captures that specific feeling of grit and perseverance when life pushes you against the wall, but you just keep moving forward because you have no other choice. It’s one of those songs that feels like a heavy weight lifting off your shoulders just by hearing it. Honestly, I could listen to it on loop all afternoon.

Thanks for the feedback, 🙂 I make a point of spinning a huge variety of genres because I want there to be something for everyone out there; you never know when a track might catch someone's ear that they wouldn't normally pick up, so I always say you really have to listen to the whole show to get the full experience 🙂

There are plenty of groups that capture that classic 70s and 80s vibe, so if those eras are your jam, you’re going to love what we've picked out. We've also got some great modern rock in the mix. It's a really diverse and fantastic setlist that you definitely shouldn't miss.

I spent some time listening on YouTube, and—speaking as a former long-time radio veteran—I’d say it’s actually quite decent for a start. Perhaps it could be a bit more laid back; right now, it feels a touch too much like someone is simply reading from a script, though I suppose that level of polish comes naturally with time. I'm not entirely sure if this is how you sound live when you're on air, but if it is, there might be some technical adjustments needed to help the voice pop—making it feel a bit more dynamic against the background music—unless, of course, the intention is a total one man show situation, which can be tricky to manage (though I will say, having a talk-over button is a fantastic feature). But that’s just my two cents on the technical side. 🙂

Now, regarding the other, more VITAL aspect: it’s excellent. The show's structure, the selection of bands (honestly, kudos to many of the 🙏 choices here), and the way the setlist is curated—it's all great. There isn't any tedious, drawn-out rambling or aimless storytelling to put listeners to sleep. Generally speaking, the concept itself is highly commendable. 👍 So, keep pushing forward! Eventually, a show like this grows into something much larger, and it would be a genuine shame if it didn't reach a wider audience—especially since the whole project is being handled with such passion and for free.

Don't sweat the early stages. Honestly, nobody sounds perfect during those first few weeks or months, nor do technicians ever nail their jobs flawlessly right out of the gate. It’s something that just smooths out over time; some things simply can't be rushed or forced, they come with experience, so don't worry about it. The main thing is that you're actually executing the idea and not just copy-pasting content from some mainstream radio stations. With a few tricks, some guidance, and maybe a little bit of trial and error, you'll get there—just be yourself.
