Let's make a list of things we only need once a year

So, here’s a list of things we all end up needing just once a year—either daily for a bit or maybe for a few days at a time (around 10 items total).

A few things come to mind:

a suit or a nice dress for New Year's Eve,
ski gear and all that extra equipment
a Christmas tree
a beach house or a mountain cabin rental
beach stuff...

A tie and a shirt. That's it.
