Avatar dimensions?

Can we please change this ridiculous 75x75 thumbnail limit? It’s honestly pathetic.
Since when do moderators get to play by different rules regarding image constraints?

And seriously—why aren't regular users allowed to have "moderator-style" avatars?

It's a total disaster. Every time I find a decent image and try to resize it, it loses all its quality and looks like garbage. 😳

Personally, I think sticking to smaller avatars is perfectly fine. They don't distract from the actual content, which helps prevent this forum from turning into a fragmented mess of Facebook-style visual clutter. That said, perhaps a slight increase in dimensions—similar to what we used to have when 75x75 was the limit—wouldn't be such a bad idea.

But look, I’m also seeing the same 75x75 restriction on my end, and I haven't heard anything about anyone else having different settings. I'm not saying it's impossible for someone to have more leeway, but I haven't run into that yet, and I doubt it applies to the moderators in general. 😉

That's because you don't know how to resize properly. Just use some tools, online or whatever, to shrink them down.

Your avatar is actually 75x45 🤷

Man can't even crop an image to be a perfect square before tossing it into a resizer. Probably just shrunk them while they were still uneven, so now everything looks wonky...

Alright, looks like I’m the one stuck with this. 🤷 Can anyone help me out by bumping this image up to 75x75? Apparently, resizing images isn't exactly my forte—so if someone could just shoot it over to me via DM, that would be great.
