On the Politics-World forum, someone started a thread about LGBTQ+ issues in the USA, and it just sat there for weeks. Today, it’s even its own dedicated topic.
Meanwhile, a colleague posted about the tallest building in China, and they immediately tucked it away into the general China discussion.
Talk about a double standard, right?
I tried to point out this exact inconsistency, but my comment was deleted in record time.
It makes me wonder: is the Politics-World section specifically reserved for certain social agendas, or is there some hidden motive behind these rules?

Architecture and construction tech aren't really political topics.

A court ruling that strikes down a specific law? Now *that* is a political issue.
At the end of the day, politics is what drives how our laws are managed.

After all, politics is what drives our laws.

But any political decision made in the USA belongs right here under the USA topic. No matter how hard you try to play neutral, you just can't pull it off. You know as well as I do that we don't need another post from someone acting like a total pushover across every single subforum!
You've moved way too many relevant threads into general subforums before (don't make me list all those Politics threads you messed up by dumping them into generic "country" boards), so you know exactly why this one doesn't count! Honestly, have some shame regarding your bias!

So, you owe me an answer, not the other way around. You're the (so-called) moderator.

As for that bolded part—it actually stings, because you hit the nail on the head. You're a moderator, and you accepted that role willingly.

So, I'm waiting for your (sensible) response. And please, don't start it with "Do you know how many threads get opened in Politics?" when I'm asking why those US idiots deserve their own topic.
