I don't know what you're getting at with that. Be specific or don't bother. kaže:
I've tried explaining this more than once: we are just users of the program. These constant insinuations are getting old. They’re insulting to the people posting here who are genuinely trying to help others, not looking to turn a profit. 😉

Lili, those people posting about Techno are actual users, not some collection of clones or bots. Your logic is fundamentally unfair. You act like Microsoft users deserve your protection—which is fine—but you treat Techno fans like they’re fair game to be labeled resellers or mocked. This isn't a one-time thing; it happens constantly, yet you rarely step in. Even now, the post sat there looking ridiculous until I finally filed a formal complaint. It seems Eric Chase12 is so well-protected that it takes a full disciplinary procedure just to rein him in after he's been repeatedly insulting. How many times would I have to make a similar comment before you actually banned me?

Same old insinuations. Whether that’s actually useful to anyone or not isn't really our business to judge.

Sure, there might be some value in a small part of this, but most people have pointed out how useless it actually is. Either the questions go unanswered, or the responses come in too late or are just plain inaccurate. Plus, the title of the thread is a mess.

That’s a total lie. I can find plenty of other posts where I specifically asked for someone with experience using different software to weigh in. Unfortunately, nobody ever steps up.

I know that, but the real issue is how they’re handled. Once they see what Techno users are actually going through compared to that Microsoft crowd, maybe they'll finally realize they don't need any of this in their lives.

The Associated Press really is quite a class act.

I don't know her personally, but I’m certain about this. One of my favorite people to debate here—even if he’s got a sharp tongue and lets his biases get the better of him sometimes, though nothing out of line—is someone I respect. So, I have no idea where you got the impression I was trying to insult her, or that she took offense. It was just a general statement. Nothing personal.
Typical drama from the Microsoft horde. They always have to act like they're being attacked or insulted just to make themselves look like victims.

Thanks to everyone for the support. It really means a lot to read things like this.

Being extra always pays off. 🙂

Terry Johnson3, you're nothing but a provocateur—a quiet, subtle little provocateur at that... 😉

is, especially when I'm being baited by a mob, I know how to strike back.
In my book, those obvious agitators aren't the real issue. You can spot them from a mile away. The real problem is the snakes who wrap everything in fancy packaging and act like they're perfectly polite.
They remind me of our polished, high-society politicians.

I have to say, you’ve got incredibly thin skin. That is a massive liability if you’re working in sales or marketing—it really is. You need to realize that work shouldn't be personal... business is just business, but you seem to turn every single thing into some kind of holy crusade, jumping around like popcorn in a microwave the second you feel something isn't going your way.
If you’re going to represent a product, you ought to do it with some dignity—staying calm, being flexible, actually using logic—because potential clients look at you and see this jittery, neurotic representative, and they end up associating that exact energy with the software itself.
Who in their right mind wants a neurotic, insecure program that needs constant resetting?

A little bit of wisdom never hurt anyone.🙂
Who wants some neurotic, insecure software that needs a hard reset every five minutes?

I only recommend this stuff because nobody ever tries to screw me over after buying from my leads; that's why I switched to it in the first place. I don't have any skin in the game here, but you probably won't believe that anyway.
The big plus with Techno programs is that you can actually test them out first—that’s my main selling point whenever I give a recommendation.
As for the unfair moderation, honestly, I think it works in my favor. People see that I don't take any crap, so they figure if I'm recommending a product, they won't get screwed over either. :P

Terry Johnson3,
How does it work that on Facebook, where everyone is just posting pictures of chests and butts, you still see people using that kind of language—but then you turn around and find it being used in a thread about software development over here?

How is it that on Reddit, where everyone is posting thirst traps, people talk about fucking, yet you’re bringing that language into a thread about software?

What's Reddit?
This isn't that kind of fucking. This is getting screwed over in the head. 😲
And this isn't even a software topic—it's about a polite moderator and some curvy assistant... this assistant 😉

- Typical over-dramatization by the synesis horde
- making a scene always works
- especially when this horde keeps poking at me
- I'm sick of those assholes who wrap everything up in fancy packaging
- nobody really gives a damn once they've actually bought in
- I refuse to let them screw me over
- they won't be screwing anyone
- this isn't just some mess, this is psychological warfare

If someone talks like this in front of a decent group of ladies, does that person deserve a long timeout?

I’ll take this chance to report to the HEAD moderators that we’ve been labeled a horde—so, I'm wondering if there are any consequences for a statement like that?

Just give him what he wants then. If Eric Chase12 is going to finish so publicly, you might as well just ban him.😂>

Look, rustydrifter10, it’s exactly this kind of rhetoric that gets you flagged for sanctions—not because you’re bringing up some specific program. I already tried to explain where the issue lies, and it's not that I think the moderation is being problematic; it's just that the insults and these constant provocations aren't going to fly here, just like they wouldn't be tolerated over at the Wall Street Journal forums.
