So, I started out on Amoxicillin 10mg for ten days—though I did miss one dose and wasn't exactly perfect about the twelve-hour intervals, sometimes there was a two or three-hour gap...—and then went straight into Augmentin for seven days. I really tried to be more disciplined with the timing on that one. It’s only now, on this final day of Augmentin, that the sweating has actually started to kick in.

It all started with this intense pain in my ear (there was this constant ringing in my left ear that hasn't quite stopped either) and my entire left side felt off—even my hip and a tooth on the left side were acting up. Once the antibiotics kicked in, everything finally settled down. John Doe is doing fine now.
I gave my doctor a call today and already took two 500mg doses of Lupocet; I'm planning to stick to three times a day for now, and if things don't improve, I'll be heading back to the clinic at the end of the week.
I spent some time sitting out in the sun in front of the house today, and honestly, I think it's helping. I've been feeling pretty thirsty, so I'm making sure to stay hydrated and drink plenty of fluids.

For context, I'm also currently taking Synthroid, Risset, and Luxet.

It wasn't until today, my last day of Augmentin, that the sweating finally started.

At first, my ear was killing me (there was this ringing in my left ear that hasn't quite stopped) and my whole left side felt off, including my pelvis and a tooth on the left side. The antibiotics cleared all that up. John Doe is doing fine.
I called my doctor today and already took two 500mg Tylenols; I'm going to stick to three times a day now, and if things don't improve, I'm heading back to the doctor at the end of the week.

Look, you need to be a bit more specific about how this all started and what initial diagnosis actually landed you those antibiotics. What did your blood work look like? You're just throwing things out there without much context. And watch your Tylenol dosage. You really need to boost your immune system with some probiotics because after that many rounds of antibiotics, your gut flora is probably completely trashed. That’s likely why the sun feels so good right now—your body is trying to kickstart some Vitamin D production.
You have to take something to get yourself back on your feet.

Initial diagnosis: ear pain.

I haven't even made it to any follow-up appointments yet—mostly because I’ve been buried under a mountain of work I had to finish at home...

To be honest, my finances are a complete mess right now, so there's just no way I can afford to go out and buy all those fancy supplements to boost my immune system.

Capsule probiotics aren't exactly breaking the bank, but honestly? You can totally make up for it by just loading up on yogurt, kefir, or some good old-fashioned cultured milk... maybe even grab some stuff with LGG bioactives if you want to get serious about those fermented dairy options.

I haven't done any research yet because I was buried under a mountain of homework.

Money is incredibly tight right now, so I definitely don't have the cash to go out and buy a bunch of stuff to "boost my immunity."

I’m sorry you’re going through this, but you really need to get your priorities straight. Throwing antibiotics at everything and popping Tylenol in those quantities—which, by the way, costs as much as a whole bottle of Centrum—is just masking symptoms of something potentially much worse. Your doctor is being completely reckless; prescribing two different courses of antibiotics without even glancing at a blood panel or a urinalysis is just plain irresponsible. Without more detailed testing, nobody can give you a smart answer, especially not people on an online forum. I strongly suggest getting a thorough dental exam, specifically looking at the molars on that side. It's common for a granuloma to hide away and manifest as ear pain, while the tooth itself doesn't actually hurt or look decayed until a dentist drills down deep.
