Well, there you have it—the ground is officially shaking... ☕
"We’re calling an assembly to amend whatever articles are necessary, and then we'll be fine. We have a 60-day window to get this done before we cease to exist as a non-profit under the new federal regulations. It’s our responsibility to fix all the issues I've been pointing out."

😢
Yeah, right. That's how it works. An inspector drops a ruling and you just act like it didn't happen... 🙄
🙂
People, seriously, use your heads. Did anyone actually think Jerry Perovitch would say, "Sure thing, let's hold elections and start operating with total transparency"?
What kind of idiot expected anything else from a press conference?
Of course he’s squirming and spinning it—it's getting desperate now. But the report is crystal clear. After this, there's no more solo moves for the Drug Cartel. It’s just a higher level of inspection reporting directly to Johnson, while this current one reports to Bloomberg. You see the setup...
Honestly, having to run a public business sounds worse to him than losing an election. ☕ 🙂

Seriously? Are we actually going to take his word for it?
Let’s be clear—this isn't over by a long shot. But as of today, we finally have official confirmation from the government that we’ve been right all along during this three-year fight. They've actually issued a mandate to correct the very thing we reported...
Management of the association and its governing bodies
Article 6.
(3) The internal structure of the association must be based on principles of democratic representation and the democratic expression of the members' will.
That’s the core of what happened today. Everything else is just the usual schizophrenic chest-thumping and endless nonsense they spout when they don't have a clue what they're doing...
The organization's structure has to be built on letting the members actually have a say. That has to be implemented within the club. And how it turns out in the end depends entirely on us... on how persistent and strong we are in forcing this solution through to the finish line.

You can tell he’s squirming because his big takeaway after reading that article was basically, "Yeah, that's exactly how I do things." 🙄
The real question is: why did the inspectors flag it as a violation if that's just standard practice? 🙂

Bottom line: this news shouldn't even count as the Drug Lord's rambling. This guy holds his five-thousandth press conference and it’s always the same old crap.
The story is strictly about the inspection report.

That's how little Isaac—aka Jerry Perenchio—thinks this works. But here's the kicker: by passing this specific ruling, they've basically declared that assembly illegal. Which means it can't make any decisions anymore—let alone vote on changing the bylaws just to save their own skins.

It won't work..

It’s a bummer that dues jumped up on $83 this January. I mean, the Yankees are clearly the biggest, most prestigious, and wealthiest club in the whole country anyway.🙂

Whatever. Everyone manages to scrape together enough $83 over a year. I don't have a steady job right now, and I still find ways to fund every away game, so people will figure it out.
A beautiful Friday... 😍

Just one of those really nice Fridays... 😍
Hopefully you'll be updating that signature of yours soon.😉

Does anyone have the scoop on that new rule they rolled out? Apparently, if you haven't been a registered member for the last five years, you're barred from participating in the elections.
What are the odds of that actually sticking after everything that just went down? 🤷

For God's sake, people, use your brains. Did anyone actually think Jerry Perenchio was going to say, "Okay, I'll call for elections, I'll operate transparently and publicly," and all that crap?
What kind of idiot expected that from a press conference?
Of course he's squirming and spinning his wheels—he's getting desperate. But the report is crystal clear. There are no more unilateral moves left for this Cartel. He doesn't control the higher inspection authorities; they report directly to Johnson, while this current level answers to Bloomberg. You see the situation...
Honestly, having to run things publicly is even worse for him than facing an election. ☕🙂
So, does that mean during these 60 days he has left, he and his 97 assemblymen can't make a single decision without the rest of the Yankees members? I think that's the key question here. Because if they can, then I don't get why they don't just stop being an association and turn into something else entirely.
In that case, again, it would be great like you said about him being forced to act publicly. It narrows his ability to stash cash in his pockets. But he'd still stick around if he found a way to wash the money, and they wouldn't be able to kick him out until he decides to leave himself...
#3215 ·
I mean, if you ask me, they’ve probably got about 60 days left to pack up their junk, sell off whatever assets they can grab, and just skedaddle out of the country. The whole club is basically running on illegal footing at this point, and once this all settles, there’s going to be a mountain of lawsuits coming at them—everything from the new bylaws (you know, that rule where you have to wait five years before you can even vote, assuming they let you, blah blah) to those ridiculous attempts at rebranding the MLS Team, and whatnot.
ELECTIONS!
ELECTIONS!

Look, Jerry Jones has this incredibly powerful, smooth little trump card tucked away, and he actually laid it out during his presentation. He’s talking about restructuring Real Madrid, which makes it pretty obvious that Real Madrid is going to stop being a non-profit under the Board of Directors' current roadmap and instead pivot toward becoming some kind of LLC or similar corporate entity. By doing this, Real Madrid effectively escapes the constraints of the Non-profit Act—you know, those pesky rules that mandate elections whenever the membership demands them—meaning their bylaws will suddenly be perfectly aligned with USA regulations again. It’s not even a legal headache, really; it gives Real Madrid a chance to 'duck for cover' and just keep running things exactly the way they do now. To wrap things up, Jerry Jones announced there will be a Club Assembly meeting within the next 60 days, and that’s when we’ll finally see the actual endgame for the current Real Madrid Board.
#3217 ·
Exactly. That confirmation means every single decision made by the illegal Board of Directors is void. Now we need to file a lawsuit against everything and hit them where it hurts—it's now or never.
#3218 ·
I honestly wonder what he’s thinking right now, or if he's just trying to pretend this whole mess doesn't even matter. 🙂
