Would they have even gained anything from that, or would they have just shot themselves in the foot?

I wasn't suggesting anyone should have started trouble... if they had, the cops and the media would have just come down on us even harder. I was just pointing out that soon there won't be any protest at the stadium left to do, because we'll all end up banned or put on some blacklist.

🤣 Honestly, I was sitting on the floor in the North Stand like a total idiot, and I actually lost my mind once they started blasting that victory anthem they play after a goal.🙂

Look, as much as this seems like a loss, you can flip the script on them easily if you're smart and play it cunningly... honestly, handing out bans over something this minor is a massive self-inflicted wound on their part, a totalautogol.

For example, I thought it was a genius move when you guys boycotted the varsity squad but still showed up to back the JV and junior teams...

And honestly, it’s just a brainless move to turn on your own team just because you've got a grudge against the owner; all you're doing is making us look pathetic...

Jonathan Barnes5 said:You’re just talking nonsense here. All those bottom-feeders from the local dive bars and various gutter press outlets who were cranking out underground fanzines back in the 90s—they all showed their true colors after the old administration fell. They just wanted to hijack our movement for their own selfish agendas..
Don't even start with me. To the older generation, we were basically religious extremists in the old regime, and then suddenly they were handing us support on a silver platter..
And what "generation" are you even talking about? Back then, the whole group was basically fifty guys who spent every Friday through Sunday causing trouble before the big games..
It was the same then as it is now, actually worse... and ten years from now, it'll be exactly how this entire generation decides to run the group..

Instead of recycling these rehearsed talking points, try actually analyzing your own posts to see how disconnected they are from reality. You’re talking about "older colleagues" from certain street corners or niche media outlets, but those outlets didn't even exist until the 90s or right before them. Throughout the entire decade, those very same media types were giving massive airtime to the Bad Boys, which significantly boosted the broad social support the Boys enjoyed back then. There was even a regular show on ESPN Radio hosted by that one čupav guy and two of his buddies. Sure, the core group might have been a small handful of people during away games in the early 90s—partly because the war sent many of the older guys to the front lines—but certain subgroups had as much manpower as the entire movement does today.
And what is this talk about "dark agendas"? It's the classic label used to discredit any alternative media that dares to oppose a regime and its criminal tactics. That’s exactly how they slapped labels on the Bad Boys: calling them mercenaries for Šorošev, enemies of the state, or just a bunch of thugs. Only idiots swallow that kind of propaganda because they refuse to use their brains.<
This indoctrinated worldview, fighting against imaginary monsters, isn't going to help us deal with the actual enemies—the ones with real names and faces who are squeezing this group and the whole supporter movement harder than ever before.

Just throwing this out there in case anyone knows

What happened to that old crew from the East Side?

Do they even feel a shred of guilt about how everything turned out?

I mean, most of them spent years in the hardcore supporter scene, so I doubt yesterday's mess sat well with them, regardless of whatever shady deals they made with management.

I’d actually love to hear what Mack thinks. I remember him back in the day when he held some actual ground; I'm genuinely shocked to see how fast he abandoned his own principles.

If I'm off base with this topic, just delete me.

Alright, I get the point,

I’d draw a parallel to this game right here.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8EBvx...tailpage&t=114

So, I was at the stadium in a major US city back then. They were renovating the West Stand, tearing out the old press boxes and outdated booths to upgrade everything with modern suites and upper tiers.

The reason I’m bringing this up is because the cops had set up some makeshift command center right in the middle of the West Stand, covered by these flimsy tents or something. Basically, they were stationed right in the middle of the crowd.

I head back to my seat at halftime, walking past their setup, and from where I was standing, I caught a glimpse of a monitor. It showed a close-up of some guy looking totally lost, pointing at himself. Then I look over toward the North Stand, and the police are moving up from the bottom. You could hear the local tough guys muttering—they were going after him and his squad.

From what I heard, they managed to get one guy out, but they tried to drag the rest off the field, and the North Stand was just too rowdy to let that happen. You can see how it all went down in the clip.

That was actually the opening for the new North Stand, and the whole thing kicked off because of some song about a "strange man"... that's why I'm making the comparison.

As you can tell, most people at the stadium stood by the North Stand, even though there were plenty of die-hard local fans over on the West Stand where I was sitting.

During that match, the group from the North Side stormed in alongside Mack and his crew. It all kicked off because of the flares being set off in the stands—and of course, there was that song about Turkey, though they kept it subtle. The police report focused on the pyrotechnics.

But honestly, let’s not dwell on those days. Just hearing certain names and people from that era makes me sick to my stomach. There are much more pressing and important matters to discuss right now.😉

Then again, there was a politician standing there back then—and let's be honest, nobody likes politicians, not then and certainly not now. These days, it’s more of a "businessman" type standing there instead. And the West Stand? That’s basically the playground for those folks who love calling themselves that, plus anyone else who looks at them like they're some kind of successful, otherworldly deities...
Back then, the North Side was maybe 95% hardcore fans. Yesterday? It felt more like 5%. It was just that empty middle ground—maybe a tiny little group off to the side that couldn't quite make it into the center. Given how things looked, I guess what happened yesterday was pretty much expected.

So, I was there at the time, sitting in the West stands. They were renovating the stadium back then—specifically the West side where they had ripped out those old press boxes and heated seats to make room for the modern upgrades and the upper tier.

Why am I bringing this up? Well, the cops had set up this makeshift command center right in the middle of the West stand, covered by some flimsy tent flaps or something. Basically, they were stationed right among us fans.

I remember heading back to my seat at halftime, walking past their little setup, and—God help me, because the angle was perfect—I caught a glimpse of the monitor. It showed Mack's face, looking completely bewildered and pointing a finger right at himself. Then I looked over toward the North Side, and sure enough, the police were moving from the bottom toward the top. You could hear the commotion from the hardcore leaders; they were going after him and his crew.

From what I gathered, they managed to clear out one group, but when they tried to drag the second group out of the stadium, the rest of the North Side was just so fired up that they wouldn't let it happen. You can see how that ended in the clip.

That was actually the grand opening of the North Stand, too. I forgot the occasion was sparked by that song about the "strange man"... so, there's the parallel.

And as you can see, most people in the stadium back then stood in solidarity with the North Side, even though over in the West where I was, there were also some of those old-school American soccer fans present.

Back then, those people in the West weren't the "true" fans, nor are they Mamić's crowd today.
They are simply people who lack that genuine sense of club loyalty and identity. To them, it doesn't matter what the club is called or who is running the show. They are sheep, swallowing whatever nonsense the local news feeds them about this "elite squad" that's worth watching. They are lovers of "refined" (controlled, modern...) 🙂 football, and since they can't enjoy Champions League or Top 5 league broadcasts in HD right now, they want to squeeze every bit of value out of a cheap—or yesterday, free—ticket to attend a "sporting event" without having to deal with the gritty atmosphere coming from the North or East sides.

It’s honestly nauseating for us, too, having to scream for seven years straight. And the worst part? These idiots actually think we enjoy this, that this yelling is our entire reason for existing. 🙂 Yeah, it's great when three hundred of us are packed into the stands and instead of cheering for our crest and our jersey, we're busy targeting the Gypsy, the Junkie, and the Profiteer... what a "thrill," right? Damn it all!

But yesterday, personally, I felt prouder than ever. As a member of the BBB, I took immense, indescribable pleasure in mocking everything being thrown at the Gypsy, the Junkie, the war-time Profiteer, and that poor soul's brother. To hell with the Gypsies at the press conference, UEFA, and the referees!

Keep pushing forward... until the end... until the last man... until victory!

This is honestly one of the most revolting things that can happen to a fan.

I caught myself doing it yesterday—a clear scoring chance and I'm just sitting there nodding because they missed.

Those are heavy feelings you can't really control. Look, you could kill me, but I'll never stop rooting for LA Galaxy. I don't give a damn about Barca, Real, or Manchester, fuck them all, it's only DINAMO DINAMO DINAMO.

It’s a terrible feeling when you can't even enjoy your own club winning.😢

But like you said,

Keep pushing... until the end... until the last man... until victory!

That Mack guy is a total piece of work... look at what he's become.
The connection to ZM definitely played its part.
He's the kind of guy who repeatedly called people on the phone making threats, alongside that Chump, just because someone dared to criticize Mamić during games—long before the boycotts ever started (like with the Hearts situation, for example).
As for Sović and his group, I won't say much... let them rot in their own mess.

Look, we all know nothing ever actually gets settled on this forum, but if anyone here uses their brain even once a day, it should be obvious: the waiting game is over. It’s time for a total showdown with the mob. Every second we sit around doing nothing, they get stronger while we just wither away. Look at the BBB as a perfect example—their numbers have been sliding downward ever since they finally got back into the stands.
There’s already coordination between the various supporter groups, which means we can bring all the fan leaders together—something that’s happened before—to agree on some actual, concrete steps to fight back. Sure, the Torcia and Armada guys think they’re untouchable right now, but don't let that fool you. They could be next on the hit list any day. They’ve already felt the heat, haven't they? Between the Torca Cup Final during the Hajduk vs Lokomotiva match, the Split vs Hajduk game, and the Armada-Rijeka-Dinamo clash this Sunday, the mob is making its "little" moves. And we all know exactly what those moves imply: they’re signaling that they’ll come for them next. The endgame has always been clear: they want to wipe out the entire supporter movement. But that’s entirely doable if the movement—and the name says it all—actually unites and puts up a massive fight.

I honestly don't think anything's going to change if we stay this way, because nobody gives a damn about us anymore. Everyone saw what went down at the stadium—the politicians, the churches, the veterans, the various associations... just a total mess. In my opinion, you guys need to step it up or you won't even be around much longer. You need to focus on waking people up, educating them, and actually informing the average person who cares about the LA Galaxy, even if they only follow them through some TV broadcast... basically, you need to make the BBB more relatable to the everyday person. People keep talking about fighting for the name "LA Galaxy," but that was different back then when all of Chicago stood behind the team. It’s not like that now. And I'm not trying to start anything, but let's be real: the BBB has basically become an insular group that spent years just looking inward, existing solely for itself. Whether people want to admit it or not—no offense intended—that's just how it was. If something like this happened in Greece, half the city would be on fire. If something happened involving the Yankees fans, it would look just like Greece. Look at the best recent example: when the police stormed the North Stand at the Rose Bowl, it didn't take five seconds before the whole city from east to west was charging the walls. I remember once, someone in New York City told a reporter, "When someone mentions the Dawg Pound or Miami, it's all the same thing." Well, once the BBB and Chicago are truly one, then Jerry Jones won't be able to pull his stunts anymore, because he'll be terrified that the second he steps outside the stadium, he'll get clocked in the head by some grandma at a farmer's market. Anyway, I'll stop rambling and making comparisons; I have a feeling some people are going to take this personally. Just stay low, gather people together, because there's strength in numbers.

You need to focus on waking people up, educating them, and actually reaching the average person who cares about the LA Galaxy, even if they only watch them on TV. Basically, you need to make the BBB relatable to the public again. People talk about fighting for the name "LA Galaxy," but that was different back in the day when all of Chicago stood behind the team. It’s not like that now. And I won't go there again, but let's be real: the BBB has spent years acting like an insular club that only exists for itself. Whether people want to admit it or not, that's just how it's been. If something like this happened in Greece, half the city would be on fire. If something happened to the Yankees fans, it would be just as chaotic. Look at the recent police raid over at the Rose Bowl—it didn't take five seconds before the whole city was out in the streets. A while back, someone in New York City told a reporter that mentioning the Dawg Pound or Miami is basically the same thing. Well, once the BBB and Chicago are truly one, a guy like Jerry Jones wouldn't dare pull his stunts anymore. He'd be too afraid of getting clocked by some grandma at the farmer's market the moment he steps outside the stadium. Anyway, I'll stop rambling before I offend someone. Just stay low-key for a bit and start building a movement. People are where the power is.

The public isn't going to step up because, frankly, most people couldn't care less about LA Galaxy. If you haven't realized that by now, you never will. This isn't the 90s; it’s not like the club is the center of everyone's universe. People are squeezed by a thousand other problems, and even those who actually give a damn don't want to get dragged into this war because they know how much they stand to lose. That’s why there's only a handful of us at the stadium—the ones who still believe LA Galaxy is worth fighting for. At the end of the day, it's our club, not Jerry Jones'. But the point is, talking about "the public" is pointless. If they wanted to get involved, they would have stepped up ages ago and dealt with this guy once and for all. All that talk about Greece or Yankees fans is irrelevant; their countries don't have a guy like Jerry Jones controlling the police, the courts, and the politicians. Believe me, no matter how massive a protest or revolution is, if the government doesn't back it, this trash won't be removed. You think 50,000 Greeks or Yankees fans hitting the streets in New York City could take down someone like him? If he had the same level of protection here in the States, wouldn't he? Don't be ridiculous. Sure, a mass movement would help, but the crowd alone can't kick him out. Without political will, nothing moves. And that idiot Johnson keeps monthly talking about inspections and whatever else, but honestly, he's done more damage to the fans than to Jerry Jones. I don't know, I don't trust anyone anymore—not the public, not the politicians. For us, it's just the fight until the end, whatever that looks like. As for the idea that BBB being insular is why the public stays away? Total nonsense. Even if groups like the Yankees fans or the Dawg Pound were active in Chicago, they wouldn't have public support. Chicago isn't a die-hard sports town, period. If it were, we wouldn't have half the stands booing the fans who are actually fighting for the club. Those sheep would know exactly why Jerry Jones is being targeted and why we're doing this. But I don't expect any "fan awareness" from the idiots who only learn about the club through news clips or TV segments controlled by the owner. Realistically, Chicago isn't New York City, Miami, or Naples. It's a pretty clueless environment where the majority of people don't understand anything because they spend too much time reading the papers. That's my take, and nobody's going to change my mind. If it were any different, half the city wouldn't be sitting at home while the club gets gutted, and half the people at the stadium wouldn't be booing BBB and practically siding with ZM.

Honestly, who cares about the general public? If you think we need to mobilize people like that, we’re better off without them. We don't need sheep following us. If fighting for our club means we go down swinging until the last man stands, then so be it. What's the point of playing to the crowd just to beg for their support? It's not like we'd actually get it, and even if we did, what would it change? Besides, even if the whole city gets behind us, it won't get rid of Jerry Jones. Not unless some political movement takes power and actually decides to clean out the corruption in pro sports.

Honestly, if you haven’t figured out who and what ZM really is by this point, then we might as well stop talking about the damn public altogether. People don't care about substance; they just want reality TV shows, celebrity gossip, Ivi Pinto, or the Champions League—even though we’ll all end up screaming at our TVs three minutes into every match. They want tickets for $1.75 (not that anyone actually has the cash anyway), and they live for ZM’s public antics. To them, he’s some kind of icon because he’s got money; that is the collective mindset of the people here in Chicago. As for the BBB, they're just uneducated, brainless hooligans who happen to follow the LA Galaxy. So, what are we supposed to do now? Who are we even supposed to inform? Only God can help this public; no one else can, because we’ve already done everything we could. To hell with the public and their obsession with the LA Galaxy; they only seem to care when it’s the Champions League or when the Boston Red Sox are playing. Unfortunately, we’re left completely on our own, down to the last man standing!
